Who I Am
Reginald Studio is a web design studio operated by Aaron Osborne in London, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. Questions about anything here can go to support@reginaldstudio.ca.
What I Collect — and What I Don’t
When you use the contact or project-start forms, you provide your name, email address, and whatever you write about your project. That information is delivered to me as an email and answered personally. It is not stored in any database — this site doesn’t have one.
I don’t run advertising trackers, sell data, or share your information with anyone except the service providers listed below, who are needed to operate the site.
Payments
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe’s secure checkout and never touch this website or my servers. Stripe’s handling of your payment information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Scheduling
Discovery calls are booked through an embedded Calendly widget. Information you enter there (name, email, meeting time) is processed by Calendly under the Calendly Privacy Notice at calendly.com/privacy.
Analytics & Hosting
This site uses Vercel Analytics, which reports aggregated, anonymized page-view counts. It does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve pages, as any web host does.
Stored in Your Browser
The light/dark theme toggle saves your preference in your browser’s local storage. That preference stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
Retention & Your Rights
Emails you send me are kept as ordinary business correspondence. You can ask at any time what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — email support@reginaldstudio.ca and I’ll take care of it.
Changes
I may update this policy as the business evolves; the current version always lives at this page. Effective date: August 2, 2026.
