From First Call to Launch in 3–6 Weeks.
Five steps. Fixed pricing. No surprises. No “we'll need to scope that out” mid-project. Here's exactly how a project runs from the moment you email me to the day your site goes live.
Discovery Call
We get on a call and talk about your business. What does it do, who buys from you, what's broken with the current website (or what you don't have one). No sales pitch — if I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you and recommend someone who is.
Quote & Brief
I write up a one-page brief: what we're building, what's included, the timeline, and a fixed price. You either sign off, ask for changes, or walk away. No retainer, no hourly clock running.
Design & Build
I build the site. You see progress at the halfway point and can request changes then. I do the work in Next.js and host on Vercel — fast, secure, and you own the code at the end.
Review & Revisions
You walk through the staging site. Send me a list of changes. I'll do them, push the final version to staging, and you sign off. Most clients have 5–10 small notes at this stage.
Launch & Handover
We point your domain at the new site, set up Google Business Profile and Search Console, and verify everything is indexed. I send you a launch checklist + a recording walking through how to update content. Final invoice goes out.
